Steve has spent his career launching products in new markets, developing sales capabilities processes, and consistently delivering on strategic growth initiatives for companies operating in specialty & industrial chemicals, agricultural, and biotechnology markets.

He has a unique perspective in working with Small to Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs), having managed one himself, simultaneously holding positions of Sales Manager for a 22-person sales team, Product Manager overseeing 2,500+ SKUs, and Operations Manager with a $39M P&L.
